Neoprene rubber is a rubber which has excellent mechanical and good abrasion resistance. It compounded especially, posses flame retardant properties. Colour: Black Main properties: CR (Neoprene) rubber sheet has the properties like high resistance to heat, ozone, weathering, inorganic hydrocarbons, water resistant. This rubber is mainly used in marine due to good ozone and water resistance. Main Limitations: Bad resistance to fuel.

Scope – Covers plain, perforated and ribbed mats for indoor use on floors, platforms and work‑benches. - Material – Natural or synthetic rubber, free from cracks, pinholes or foreign matter; must be oil‑ and ozone‑resistant. - Thickness – Standard sizes: 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm (other thicknesses on request). - Voltage Rating – Tested for 1 kV AC (50 Hz) for 1 minute; dielectric strength ≥ 10 kV/mm. - Dimensions – Common sheet sizes: 1 m × 2 m, 1 m × 3 m; tolerances ± 2 % on length/width. - Physical Requirements – - Tensile strength ≥ 5 MPa - Elongation at break ≥ 200 % - Hardness (Shore A) 55–70 - Abrasion loss ≤ 200 mm³ (per 1000 cycles) - Safety Markings – Each mat shall bear: - IS 15652 : 2006 logo - Manufacturer’s name & batch number - Thickness & voltage rating - Date of manufacture & expiry (if applicable) - Testing – Must pass dielectric, tensile, hardness, abrasion and ozone‑resistance tests as per the standard. - Packaging – Rolls or sheets wrapped in moisture‑proof material; each package labelled with specification details.
